One of my grade school classmates gave birth to a wonderful baby girl. I cried in disbelief when I learned what she named her: Sofia. Nooo. Another Sofia! What’s with the name? This new baby Sofia is the fourth – yep, you read that right – fourth child named Sophia/Sofia among my circle of friends in the last three years. No. I am not exactly antagonistic but I just couldn’t help but wonder why of all names, my friends end up choosing Sofia all at the same time. What’s even queerer? Two of the baby Sofia’s/Sophia’s were named Sophia Angela. Uh-huh. So much for coincidence. This must be stopped! I’ll probably go crazy if I hear of another baby named Sophia within my circle. One thing’s for sure. I won’t be naming mine Sophia anytime in the future! LOL. Shall I start looking for baby names in a free web directory soon? =P

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

I do not understand the unreasoning passion that our good host Seth has about all this. He fell early on for the Bailey-camp claim that complaining about Baileys research was some sort of out-of-line censorship. Now he wont modify his views, regardless of new evidence. If you ever get to see his exchange with me (What Exchange Seth Doesnt Want You To See, to borrow his amazing courtroom tactic in attacking me) youll see that he is uninterested in quiet, serious exchange. Thats worrisome in a scientist.
